I've always wondered what caused the climate to cool to an ice age every ~100k years. Thanks for answering that super clearly here and for explaining why that isn't really relevant to the current global warming crisis (which is happening on a much faster timescale). 📈
My optimistic side was excited to understand that we've accidentally discovered some tools for warming the earth in 10K+ year when the earth starts cooling 🥶 again! Hopefully we'll still be here then! 😬
